What is our return policy?

In online shopping, an individual has the right to return the product (which is understood as informing us about it and shipping the items back to us) within 14 calendar days after the receipt of the ordered product. The cost of the return is paid by the customer.

How do I start the return process?

Send an e-mail to contact@dailyartmagazine.com specifying the order number and the product that you wish to return. Send the item you wish to return, together with the receipt or proof of payment, to:

When sending the package by traditional mail, remember to keep the proof of mailing! You might need it if there is a problem with the shipment.

How do I get my money back and how long does it take?

The refund is usually completed within 14 days after the returned items have reached us. The refund form depends on the payment method selected upon the placement of the order.

Shipping

When my order will be shipped?

We complete your orders within 1-5 business days from the moment of crediting our PayPal account with the payment, depending on the availability of the selected products. It means that the shipment will be dispatched not earlier than on the second day and not later than on the fifth day after we have received the payment.

How long does the delivery take and what are the shipping costs?

Our products are manufactured in Warsaw, Poland. We deliver our goods all over the world, we usually need 1-5 days to ship the product to you. The shipping cost depends on the total weight of the package, the country of shipment and fuel fees. In order to check for precise shipping cost, the chosen product must be added to the cart.

We use Fedex, DHL Express a nd DHL Parcel, which means that our packages should reach their destinations within 1-7 working days.

Europe, United States – DHL Express/Fedex – (1-3 working days)

Rest of the world – DHL Express/Fedex – (3-7 working days)

Poland – DHL Parcel – (1-3 working days)

After finishing your order you will receive an email with your tracking details.

Please keep in mind that the time of delivery can be exceeded at “holiday rush” – December – beginning of January.
